Privacy Policy

The browser displays selected images locally until you submit. On submission our server checks image type, signature and size (not age, consent or image contents) and uploads them to the selected provider (PoYo or YIR), then references both portraits in the video request. Do not upload unauthorized photos or images of minors. PoYo and YIR use their own temporary upload and processing systems. Each provider controls its own processing, data locations, and retention; we cannot guarantee deletion on their systems.

After the provider finishes, our server attempts to copy the MP4 to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. We store job codes, provider identifiers, status, and R2 object references; a temporary provider link may remain in the database if copying fails and is retried on a later status check. Only completed copies are offered for private playback or download. Application access ends three days after successful storage; physical deletion requires a separately configured three-day R2 lifecycle rule for generated objects. We do not control deletion or retention at the video provider. Save your result promptly; contact us about deletion questions.

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser and request logs for site delivery and abuse prevention. If you email us, we receive your email and message for support. Do not send sensitive photos or payment details by email. No customer card data is collected because checkout is not enabled.

You may choose not to submit photos for generation. Close the page to clear selected photos. A signed, HttpOnly anonymous visitor cookie lasts up to 90 days; local storage caches video codes as a display aid, and the server checks cookie ownership for every history request. Clearing your cookies or switching devices can make existing jobs inaccessible; clearing local storage alone does not delete server records. This is not an account or a payment record. Request deletion or report unauthorized use via our contact page and include the Video Code if available; we will review the request, but provider copies may be outside our control. We will revise this policy before enabling public generation or payments.
