Terms of Service

By using this site you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not upload photos or use the tool. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request; every identifiable person pictured must also be an adult.

Private testers may submit two portraits for one fictional, approximately 8-second AI zombie video in the available resolutions and formats. No account is required. Your signed browser cookie, not your 32-character Video Code alone, controls access to your job history and downloads. A code is a task reference, not a transferable purchase or a way to restore access on another device. Keep your own copy of any finished video.

You retain the rights you have in your uploaded photos. You represent that you have permission to use each photo and each identifiable adult's informed consent to upload their likeness for AI transformation and processing by our configured video provider. Do not upload private, confidential, or third-party images without authorization. You are responsible for your submissions and for how you share or use the resulting video. Submitting content permits us and our providers to process it only as needed to provide and operate the test service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

No images of minors; child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors; nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or non-consensual intimate imagery; real-world graphic violence, gore, self-harm promotion, abuse, or exploitation. Do not create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual deepfakes, target anyone with harassment or hate, infringe rights, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity. Our server currently checks file format, file size, and that you confirm your rights and consent. It does not reliably detect ages or automatically screen images for sexual or violent content. The video provider may reject a request under its own policies. If we become aware of a violation, we may refuse a request, restrict access to a result, or remove content where technically possible, subject to applicable law. These rules are not a promise that every upload is reviewed before processing. Report concerns via Contact; do not send harmful images by email.

AI may produce errors, unintended likenesses, disturbing imagery, or a result different from your instructions. A request may be rejected, delayed, interrupted, or fail. Do not present generated fiction as a real event or as an endorsement by a depicted person. Processing depends on the configured provider (PoYo or YIR), which has its own terms, controls, and retention practices. We are not affiliated with any zombie franchise, and we do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated output; check applicable law and third-party rights before commercial or public use.

When generation succeeds, we attempt to copy the video into private Cloudflare R2 storage. A successful copy can be played or downloaded in the same browser for up to three days after storage. Copying may fail and may be retried during a later status check; it is not guaranteed. An R2 lifecycle deletion rule for generated files must also be configured to physically remove them after three days. Provider-side copies and temporary links are governed by the provider. Clearing cookies or switching devices may prevent access even before a video expires. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

The displayed $9.90 price and checkout flow are illustrative only. No payment is collected, no subscription or customer credits exist, and the demo confirmation is not a purchase receipt. Public paid orders, billing, paid-order retries, and refunds are not available. We will publish accurate checkout, delivery, and refund terms before accepting payment. See Refund & Delivery Policy.

Do not bypass access restrictions, probe or attack the site, introduce malware, scrape or automate abusive requests, or interfere with other users. We may change, suspend, or discontinue private testing. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of continuous operation, successful generation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from test use.

We may revise these terms when the tool or legal requirements change. We will update the date shown on this page; material changes may also be announced on the site.
